DIRECTIONS FOR SUBMITTING RETURNS

  • Be sure to write your name and homeroom on the cover of each raffle book you receive. At the conclusion of the Drive, all raffle books, sold or unsold, must be accounted for.

  • Make your returns in a SEALED ENVELOPE marked with your NAME, HOMEROOM, the AMOUNT and TYPE of return(s) enclosed, and TOTAL.
    Example:
    STUDENT'S NAME
    HOMEROOM #
    SHOW TICKETS - $20.00
    RAFFLES - $30.00
    ADS - $100.00
    TOTAL - $150.00

  • If checks are submitted with your returns, you MUST have your NAME AND HOMEROOM PRINTED ON THE FRONT OF THE CHECK.

  • All UNSOLD raffle books must be returned.

  • Download here additional Playbill Advertisement Forms and Ticket Order Forms or get them from Mrs. Riley in the Development Office. Additional raffle books are available from Mrs. Riley in the Development Office or in the Main Office.

  • Eligibility for all prizes will be finalized on Monday, March 15, 2010 AT THE CONCLUSION OF HOMEROOM! The ONLY award that will carry over to Friday, March 26, 2010 is the INDIVIDUAL EXTENDED VACATION.
    THE AWARDING OF PRIZES WILL BE BASED ON THE TOTAL MONEY SUBMITTED BETWEEN February 18 AND March 15, 2010!

Deadline For Ads
Remember: The cut off date for ADS is Tuesday, March 30, 2010. None will be accepted after that date by request of the printer.

To Families Who Paid the Fund Raising Surcharge
Students from families who elected to pay the Fund Raising Surcharge automatically have the Individual Extended Vacation days and Relaxed Dress Code privileges. If a student wants to earn any ADDITIONAL prizes that are being awarded during the Musical Fund Raiser, that student must bring in the FULL amount needed for those prizes.

To Siblings
Siblings who collectively return a total of $250, will have the Individual Extended Vacation days. If they collectively return a total of $350, they will have both the Individual Extended Vacation days and the Relaxed Dress Code privilege.
