College is an expensive investment. Several organizations offer scholarships to help defray the cost of college expenses. The Guidance department has researched various organizations that offer scholarships and the results are below.

200 Club of Bergen County – Scholarship application available on their website 200CLUB.ORG To be eligible, student must be a child/Stepchild of an active, retired, or deceased Bergen County law enforcement officer, fire fighter, or ambulance corps member. Deadline April 20th, 2017.
Marine Traders Association of New Jersey – For details and application go online mtanj.org/scholarships Deadline May 1st, 2017.
Architects League of Northern New Jersey – Scholarship available for those pursuing a college degree in architecture. Please come to the Counseling Center for an application. Deadline, May 8th, 2017.
Danny Gilmore Scholarship – Available in the Counseling Center

** Some clubs offer scholarships to residents. Check your local newspaper and organizations from the town you live in, (Women’s Club, Knights of Columbus, Unico Organization, Lions Club, Banks, Ladies Auxiliary Clubs, Fire Department, VFW, etc.), just to mention a few.**
