Attending the Junior Semi-Formal or the Senior Prom
It is mandatory for parents to attend a Pre-Prom Parent Meeting on March 14th, March 30th or May 3rd if your child expects to go to the Junior Semi-Formal and/or the Senior Prom.
This meeting will be run by the Bergen County Sheriff's Department. It will be an informative evening for all. Our program will begin promptly at 7:00 pm in the Queen of Peace High School Cafeteria. We are encouraging all parents to attend whether or not your child is going to the prom. Everyone is welcome; however, if you attended the meeting last year, it is not necessary to attend this year. These parents must sign the bottom portion of this page and have their child return it to his/her homeroom teacher no later than Tuesday, March 1, 2011.
Remember: One of the prerequisites for a child's attendance at the Junior Semi-Formal and/or the Senior Prom is the mandatory attendance of the parents at a Pre Prom Parent Meeting.
Since the Junior Semi-Formal is on Thursday, April 7th, the parents of those attending the Junior Semi-Formal must attend either the March 14th or March 30th meeting, if your obligation has not been met.
The parents of those students attending the Senior Prom which is on Friday, May 13th, may come to any of the 3 meetings (Monday, March 14, 2011; Wednesday, March 30, 2011; Tuesday, May 3, 2011).
