ROOM CHANGES

INFORMATION REGARDING SENIOR FINAL EXAMS:
- Each student must write down the date, the time, and the room for each of his/her exams, and must report to the exam room 10 minutes before the scheduled start of the exam.
- If you have a conflict, you must report the conflict to S. Joan in the SSO by Wednesday, May 14th.
- A student who misses a semester exam will be permitted to make it up only in the case of serious illness verified by a doctor's note. A $25 fee will be required for each exam day missed.
- State textbooks must be returned to the proctor prior to the beginning of each exam.
- Students should only have the materials essential for taking their exam with them at their desks. All other materials should be placed somewhere else such as on the floor in front of the classroom.
- See Sister Joan in the SSO if you have any further questions regarding exams.
SENIORS WAITING FOR THEIR EXAM TIME:
- Between the first and second exam periods, seniors should wait in the cafeteria.
REGARDING CONFLICTS:
- It is the responsibility of the individual student to report conflicts to S. Joan in the SSO. They should do this by Wednesday, May 14th.
- Seniors taking an exam during a conflict time must return their state textbooks to the proctor of the room to which they are assigned.
